What an experience! We booked a private guided sauna at Wellspace for our team and it was beautiful. We had such a wonderful experience connecting and enjoying the sauna followed by either a dip in the river or an Ice bath all led by the amazing Jean who was super friendly and knowledgable and guided our team through three rounds of Sauna.

We had time to relax with each other between rounds around the fire drinking tea and sharing our experiences and this was a great way to connect.

Thank you also to Rick for being a great host and sharing his purpose with us for Wellspace - We look forward to visiting again!
